READY TO ORDER ITEMS

STANDARD SHIPPING in the UK aims to arrive to you within 5-7 working days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING aims to reach you within 2-5 working days.

International shipping time varies so email us at diamantilondon@gmail.com for enquiries. If you do not pay for tracked shipping you will not be eligible for a refund in the rare chance your order may get lost. 

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

When you purchase an item that says 'Pre Order' your item will arrive to you within 2-3 weeks. Once you make an order with us you will receive an update on when it will arrive.

HANDMADE ORDERS

STANDARD DELIVERY - When selecting standard delivery option at checkout, the making time on your order is 7-14 days. Once your order is complete we will then post it using the Royal Mail first class tracked service. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email which will include your tracking.

EXPRESS DELIVERY - When selecting express delivery option at checkout, the making time on your order is 1-7 days. Once your order is complete we will then post it using the Royal Mail next day guaranteed service. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email which will include your tracking.

As all handmade orders use tracked shipping, it is the carrier's ownership of responsibility for your package once you receive your tracking details.
