Refund policy

We do not offer refunds here at Diamanti London. All sales are final.

If any mistakes occur on our side we will take full responsibility and exchange products.

Customers may return an item in exchange for store credit or another store item that is in stock. This is provided that you are willing to pay the postage fee to our address as Diamanti will not be responsible for any return charges.

To make an exchange contact us via our email at diamantilondon@gmail.com stating your order number and what you would like to exchange with.

Customers have a 14 day return/exchange window starting from the purchase date. We must have received the package with the item unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached in the same condition you received it by the 14th day otherwise we unfortunately cannot accept the exchange.

HANDMADE ORDERS

For all handmade items, due to the fact that they are made from scratch for you, we do not accept exchanges. When you place your order it will be made to the exact sizes you select and you can also add a note to your order if preferred with your measurements. SHIPPING

If you do not pay for tracked shipping Diamanti London will not be held responsible for the rare chance that your order gets lost and you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
