DIAMANTI RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your DIAMANTI purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Have the anti-return ribbon/security tag fully attached and untampered with.
  • Be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, stains, pet hair, odours, or any other signs of wear.


Anti-Return Ribbon Policy

All DIAMANTI garments are fitted with an anti-return ribbon/security tag.

Any item returned with the anti-return ribbon removed, detached, damaged, altered, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue so that we can resolve the matter promptly.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

DIAMANTI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
